This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to provide police protection to the petitioner, based on her complaint dated 10.04.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, the petitioner purchased land from the one Ravichandran S/o. Gopalakrishnan in S.No.9/2C, Ottarpalayam Village, Trichy Main Road, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District to the extent of 10,294 Sq.Ft. land and building for 3 crore rupees including shops and houses bearing Door Nos.167, 168 and 168-A. After the sale deed one Selvakumar threatened the petitioner with henchmen and to take the possession of the said land and getting rent from the shops in that building. The above said Selvakumar running ladies hostel in the building without any valid license, if anything happened the petitioner only to answer the police. Therefore, the petitioner lodged the complaint before the respondent police dated 10.04.2019. Since, no action was taken, the present petition has been filed.

3. Heard both sides.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on petitioner's complaint dated 10.04.2019 along with the counter part after giving opportunities and pass orders on merits in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. The criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction.
