Order This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the partition deed dated 24.01.2026, presented by the petitioner for registration. 2.Mr.P.Harish, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. He would submit on instructions that if the partition deed dated 24.01.2026 is presented by the petitioner for registration, the third respondent shall take a final decision, on merits and in accordance with law as to whether the partition deed dated 24.01.2026, presented by the petitioner can be registered or not.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions would submit that the petitioner is willing to re-present the partition deed dated 24.01.2026 for registration with the third respondent.

4.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to present the partition deed dated 24.01.2026 for registration with the third respondent and the third respondent shall take a final decision as to whether the partition deed dated 24.01.2026 can be registered or not within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On presentation of the partition deed for registration, in case the third respondent decides to refuse registration of the partition deed dated 24.01.2026, the third respondent shall

pass a speaking order as to why the partition deed dated 24.01.2026 cannot be registered. No costs.
