ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8180 of 2020, dated 10.06.2020, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e. on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
