The petitioner has filed this criminal miscellaneous petition to extend the time to deposit a sum of Rs 10,00,000 to the credit of the crime number and comply with the order dated 24.02.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.3716/2023 passed by this Court.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner as last chance, to comply the conditions as directed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. It is made clear that, no further extension of time will be entertained by this Court.
