These petitions have been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees ten lakhs only) to the credit of crime No.27 of 2021, before the concerned Magistrate within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready before the learned Judicial Magistrate VI, Coimbatore and to extend the time to comply the order dated 24.02.2023 made in Crl.O.P.No. 3716 of 2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has no source of income to deposit the amount and he was also unable to mobilise the funds to comply the condition imposed by this court. Accordingly, he has filed this petition to modify the condition. 1/3

Considering the above submission, the condition to deposit the amount is modified to that effect as follows :- "the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.8,00,000/- (Rupees eight lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.27 of 2021 before the learned Judicial Magistrate VI, Coimbatore." Accordingly, time is extended for further period of two weeks for compliance of the order from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

5. Except the above modification, the other conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No. 3716 of 2023 vide order dated 24.02.2023 shall remain unalterted.
