O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time for surrender sureties and executing bond as per the order in Crl.O.P.No.7121 of 2020 dated 02.06.2020 passed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the order was granted on 02.06.2020 and due to Covid-19 pandemic, the petitioners were unable to comply with the order. Hence, they seek extension of time.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioners for execution of bail bond as ordered by this Court, from lifting of lockdown or the commencement of Court's normal functioning whichever is earlier, Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
