Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to provide necessary police protection to Survey the land comprised in Survey No.210/1D as per Patta Survey No.209/2B2 and Survey No.210/1D2 bearing Patta No. 75 to an extent of 1.88 Acres situated at Kilmathur Village, Uthangarai Taluk, Krishnagiri District with the help of Taluk Surveyor.
