This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.192 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.27473 of 2024 dated 10.01.2025, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.192 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.27473 of 2024 dated 10.01.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
