ORDER
Mr.P.S.Raman, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner assisted by Mr.K.N.Selvabharathi, has invited the attention of this Court to the Memo of Withdrawal dated 12.07.2016 and would submit that in the light of the same, the petitioner / Association may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to file writ petitions in the name of the individual members, as and when they are aggrieved. This Court heard the submissions of Mr.C.V.Ramachandramurthy, learned counsel for the respondent ; Mr.N.R.Chandran, learned Senior Counsel and Mr.Sathish Parasaran, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr.R.Kannan and Mr.Ramesh Venkatachalapathy, appearing for the proposed parties to be impleaded in this writ petition [WMP.Nos.20084 to 20088 and 20512/2016].
3 In the light of the fact that liberty is sought for by the petitioner to file fresh writ petitions in the name of the individual members, this Court is of the view that the petitions for impleadment of the persons are not necessary. 4 In the result, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the liberty sought for by the petitioner is granted. No costs.
