O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed upon the the petitioner shall stay at Vellore and report before the Vellore Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and the petitioner shall not enter the jurisdiction limits of the respondent police as imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11095 of 2020 dated 27.07.2020 in Crime No.1933 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The counsel for the petitioner would submit that, as per the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.11095 of 2020 on 27.07.2020, the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the condition regularly.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11095 of 2020 on 27.07.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
