2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.201 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.27408 of 2024, dated 09.01.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed.
