ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL,J.) The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement in the present Writ Petition that the Writ Petition is withdrawn as 'not pressed' with liberty to approach the Appellate Authority etc.

2.Recording the aforesaid fact and the endorsement so made, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as not pressed. However, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to prefer Revision as per Section 80 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971. It is open to the Petitioner to prefer an Interlocutory Application, praying for interim relief before the 'concerned Authority'. For filing of an Appeal, one week time is granted to the Petitioner from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
