This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.01/2026 in Crl.A.No.95 of 2026, by order dated 27.01.2026, on the file of the learned XIX Additional City Civil Court, Chennai, by reducing the quantum of deposit of compensation amount from 20% to a reasonable amount.

2. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and upon perusal of the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is of the view that there is no substantial reason to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
