ORDER
The husband of the petitioner was employed as Clerk in the fourth respondent Co-operative Society. He died while he was in service. She made a representation to the fourth respondent Society for the compassionate appointment and the same was forwarded by the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies at Chennai to the Joint Registrar at Vellore District vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.386/2015 dated 11.5.2015, the third respondent herein to consider and pass https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
orders on the representation of the petitioner relating to compassionate appointment.
2. Now, the writ petition is filed seeking for compassionate appointment in the fourth respondent Society. When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition could be disposed of directing the third respondent to pass orders based on the proceedings of the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Chennai in Na.Ka.No.386/2015 dated 11.5.2015 relating to compassionate appointment within a stipulated period.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to pass orders based on the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.386/2015 dated 11.5.2015 passed by the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Chennai, relating to compassionate appointment of the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
