This Petition has been filed to relax the condition in order dated 20.10.2023 vide Crl.M.P.No.16939 of 2023 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, as directed by the concerned jurisdictional Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police monthly once i.e. on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, without fail, until final report is filed.

4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
