ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.380 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.27409 of 2024 dated Page No.1 of 4
10.01.2025 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every first and third Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27409 of 2024 dated 08.11.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.380 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.27409 of 2024 dated 10.01.2025 is relaxed.
