Application No.2249 of 2021 taken out by Mrs.Maya Challani, the third defendant in the suit seeking strike off her from the array of the defendants is allowed, since the documents reveals that she was at no point of time a partner in the first defendant firm.

2. Learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks liberty to file petition to implead the present partners for complete adjudication. If such application is filed, the same will be taken up and decide on merits.
