O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed praying to issue writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to sanction and disburse the benefits due to the petitioner like General Provident Fund, Special Provident Fund, Encashment of Earned Leave at his Credit on 29.02.2012 within a reasonable period.

2. Heard Mr.T.Ranganathan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Dr.C.Ravichandran, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in identical circumstances, this Court by an order dated 04.07.2012 passed in WP.No.9519/2012 directed the respondents to disburse the General Provident Fund, Special Provident Fund, Encashment of Earned Leave etc. to the petitioner therein.

4. On the other hand, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that since the vigilance enquiry is pending, necessary approval has to be obtained prior to disbursement of the claim made by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation enclosing a copy of the order dated 04.07.2012 passed in WP.No.9519/2012 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the respondent is directed to consider the representation in the light of the order passed by this Court dated 04.07.2012 in W.P.No.9519 of 2012, within a period of two weeks therefrom.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is allowed. No costs.
