By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner claims to be the organizer of temple festival of Sri Solayappan Koil situated at Sempodampalayam Village and Post, Bhavani Taluk, Erode District and while conducting temple festival, song and dance programme is scheduled to be performed on 31.07.2015 and in this regard, submitted a representation dated 21.07.2015 to the respondents seeking permission and since, he has not been favoured with any response, came forward to file this writ petition.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in the event of permission being granted, there will not be any law and order problem and obscenity and vulgarity will not be there and hence, prays for appropriate orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Heard the submissions of Mr.N.Roofus Abraham, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice for the respondents.

5. This Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner's representation dated 21.07.2015, directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 21.07.2015 and pass orders in accordance with law on or before 30.07.2015 and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.
