ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.515 of 2025 dated 20.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.515 of 2025 dated 20.01.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, twice a week, i.e., on Tuesday and Saturday of every week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
