ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.Ramesh, J.) The petitioner seeks for relaxation in the condition imposed vide order dated 11.12.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.13035 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.1170 of 2024, requiring the petitioner to appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 A.M. until the disposal of the appeal.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in the order https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

dated 11.12.2024.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner herein is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court, we are inclined to pass the following order:- The condition (iii) insofar as it relates to the direction to the petitioner to appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 A.M, is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court once in two months.
