When the matter was taken up, Mr.M.Aravind Subramaniam, learned counsel for the petitioners, by placing on record the order passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.11873 and 12849 of 2013, dated 24.04.2015, submitted that a similar prayer as that of the present writ petition has already been considered by this Court in the above said writ petitions.
