Writ Petition(Crl.) filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of MANDAMUS directing the 1st respondent police to take appropriate action against respondents 2 to 4 based on the complaint of the petitioner dt. 10.03.2026 in respect of CSR No.0071/2026 dt. 10.03.2026 issued by the 1st respondent police in accordance with law.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st
respondent police to take appropriate action against respondents 2 to 4 based on the complaint of the petitioner dt. 10.03.2026 in respect of CSR No.0071/2026 dt. 10.03.2026 issued by the 1st respondent police in accordance with law.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
