ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner and disburse the due compensation for the landed property belonging to the petitioner S.No.470/1A2 in Velur Village, Ulundurpettai Taluk, Kallakurichi District, acquired by the Government under the Land Acquisition Act.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 10.10.2022 with a request to disburse the compensation for the acquired land of the petitioner, however, the same is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.10.2022 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
