2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that though the complaint is dated 02.01.2015, in respect of the same subject matter, a case has been registered in Crime No.20 of 2014 on 30.01.2014 by the D2 Thiruvalankadu Police Station and that proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C., were already initiated, therefore, there is no need to issue fresh complaint. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
