ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further Page No.1 of 4

orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4714 of 2025 dated 26.02.2025.

2. Learned Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4714 of 2025 dated 26.02.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, twice a month, i.e., on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
