The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.236 of 2011 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police (Crime), T.10, Thirumullaivoil Police Station, Chennai, and quash the FIR.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in Crime No.236 of 2011, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ambattur, and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.236 of 2013.

3. Since charge sheet was already filed in Crime No.236 of 2011, I am of the opinion that nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the said https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
