ORDER
This writ petition has been filed, challenging the impugned order dated 27.01.2026. Admittedly, aggrieved by the aforesaid impugned order, the petitioner has filed a revision petition dated 02.02.2026 before the first respondent.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would now submit that it would be suffice if a direction is issued by this Court to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's revision petition dated 02.02.2026 on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
3. No prejudice would be caused to any of the parties if the aforesaid direction is issued by this Court.
4. Mr. D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's revision petition dated 02.02.2026 on
merits and in accordance with law by adhering to the principles of natural justice and also by permitting the petitioner to file all the requisite documents within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No Costs.
