ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police herein, to register FIR, based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 21.09.2020 and to take action against the accused persons named in the said complaint in accordance with law.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint to the first respondent and the same was forwarded to the second respondent on 21.09.2020. Thereafter, the enquiry was conducted, but the counter party to the complaint had failed to appear. Further, it is submitted that the dispute between the petitioner and the counter party, is purely a business dispute. Hence, on the finding that no further action is required, the case was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

closed on 21.09.2020.

3. At this juncture, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the closure of the complaint was not informed to him by the respondents.

4. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to send a copy of the closure report to the petitioner.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
