ORDER

When the matter was listed on 04.03.2026, as there was no representation for the petitioner, for giving an opportunity, it was adjourned to 06.03.2026 and even on the said date, there was no representation and it was further adjourned to 09.03.2026. On 09.03.2026, it was represented by the learned counsel for the

petitioner that they required some time to get instructions and hence, the matter was listed on 18.03.2026, on which date, as there was no representation for the petitioner, the matter was listed today under caption 'for dismissal'. 2.Today when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that they are unable to get instructions from the petitioner.

3.The present Revision arises out of an interlocutory application, in which, return of articles was ordered in favour of the respondent. The said order had been passed as early as on 29.03.2021. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that the HMOP filed by the petitioner for divorce was dismissed for default and ex-parte order for restitution of conjugal rights has also been ordered and the same is yet to be complied with. The petitioner, who had filed an application for divorce also seems to have abandoned the same, which would show the disinclination of the petitioner to proceed with the case. 4.For the aforesaid reasons, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
