This criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the entire records in C.C.No.16 of 2020 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Chidambaram and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the case in C.C.No.16 of 2020 has been riped for trial and all the witnesses have been examined and now, the case is posted for argument on 14.07.2023. 2/4
