ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A3, who was arrested and remanded into judicial custody on 08.03.2022 by the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 489B and C, 120(B) of IPC in Crime No.2 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The petitioner, who was absconded pending trial was secured after eight years has been remanded to judicial custody. When earlier bail petition was moved before this Court, this Court has dismissed the bail petition recording the reasons that if the petitioner released on bail, there is every possibility of absconded action. His earlier conduct also does not inspire confidence that he will be available for trial. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
