Dr.T.Seenivasan,SGP For R2 Mr.M.Shahjahan,SGP For R1 & R3 Order This writ petition has been filed to forbear the respondents from establishing the proposed bus stop, in front of the address, morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition.

2.Mr.M.Shahjahan, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 3. Dr.T.Seenivasan, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the second respondent. 3.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent has placed before this Court the written instructions received by him from the second respondent Municipality.

4.As seen from the same, the proposed bus stand, which was earlier proposed to be established in front of the petitioner's premises, is now shifted to a place 500 mts. away from that place.

5.In view of the same, there shall be no hindrance caused to the petitioner now. After recording the fact that the respondents have shifted the proposed bus stop to another place, which is 500 mts. away from the petitioner's property, which will not cause hindrance to the petitioner's showroom, this writ petition is disposed of as the prayer sought for by the petitioner has been achieved. No costs.
