This petition is filed to condone the delay of 352 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.S.Yashwanth, learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners and Mr.D.Shanmugaraja Sethupathi, learned counsel for respondent 10. Despite notice having been served upon rest of the respondents, none appears before this Court.

The delay is 352 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections from respondent 10, the delay of 352 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
