ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to amend the bail to the satisfaction Court as 'learned IX-Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet' instead of 'learned Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet' in Crl.O.P.No.5282 of 2026 dated 02.03.2026.

2. There are no serious objections on behalf of the respondents.

3. Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and upon perusing the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

4. Since, the petition has been pending before this Court, the petitioner is granted two weeks time to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5282 of 2026 dated 02.03.2026, from the date on which, the order copy made ready and no further extension of time will be granted. 20-04-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order dpa Note: Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment.
