This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the complaint dated 02.12.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that, on the complaint by one Dhandapani, son of this petitioner, the 2nd respondent police have registered a case in Crime No.170 of 2016 for offences under Section 294[b], 323, 324 , 506[i] IPC and 379 [N.P] IPC.
