] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 765 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal against the Judgment dated 27.01.2020 passed by the Hon'ble Additional District and Sessions Judge, (Fast Track Court) Villupuram, S.C.No.234 of 2015 in Cr.No.14 of 2015.

2.This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
