Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.A.No.78/2020 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed on Appellant/Accused Dinesh @ Dinesh Kumar S/o.Gandhi in the Judgment dated 07.12.2019 made in S.C.No.178/2015 on the file of the III Additional District and Sessions court, Salem pending disposal of the above Crl.A.No.78 of 2020.

R.MUNIYAPPARAJ, Government Advocate (crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- When we are about to dismiss the petition on merits, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the miscellaneous petition.
