Seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court, the petitioner is before this Court with this miscellaneous petition.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and hence, the conditions may be relaxed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the earlier conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1588 of 2016 on 29.02.2016.

4. In view of the above, the condition imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e. on every Monday at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. This miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
