Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records pertaining to the issuance of the impugned office order No.22/2020 in Letter No.L11/12/3/JR/2020/MEC dated 05.08.2020 of the 2nd respondent and to quash the same as illegal, unlawful and in violation of Article 14 of the Constitution of Indian insofar as the petitioners are concerned and consequently forbear the respondents 2 and 3 from enforcing the compulsory service bonds obtained from the petitioners' parents at the time of admission and direct the 3rd respondent to issue Course-completion, Provisional, Transfer and CRRI Internship Certificates to the petitioners in respect of their MBBS Under-graduate degree course 2014-2015 to 2019-2020 together with the petitioners' original 10th and 12th Standard Certificates under the 3rd respondent's custody.
