N.Sivaraman, S/o.Late M.Natesan, No.98, Perumal Koil Street, Edaimanagar Madhavaram Milk Colony, Chennai - 600 051 : Petitioner Original petition praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased prays that a Succession Certificate may be granted to the petitioner viz., N.Sivaraman with the power to collect the debts and to receive the interest if any specified in the schedule hereto.

Original petition coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: The petitioner seeks succession certificate for the securities left behind by his father M.Natesan, who died on 20.02.2016.

2. The petitioner has been examined as P.W.1, he has produced the death certificate of the deceased M.Natesan as Ex.P1, the photo copy of the family card as Ex.P2 and legal heirship certificate as Ex.P4. A perusal of Ex.P4 shows that the petitioner alone is the legal heir of the deceased https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ M.Natesan. A Paper publication has been also been made in one Tamil daily and no objections have been received.

3. In view of the above, the original petition is allowed granting succession certificate for the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition in favour of the petitioner.
