Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st and 4th Respondents herein to cancel the said erroneous sub-divisions 90/1A, 1B made in the said U.D.R. and restore the same to the previous state as prevailed before the said U.D.R. in Survey No.90/1 in Bairnayakkanpatty Village, Harur Taluk, Dharmapuri District within the time as fixed by this Court by considering the Petitioner's final representation dated 04.04.2022.

After arguing the case for considerable length of time, when this Court expressed its opinion that the Petitioner has to approach the competent authority for redressal of his grievance by establishing his title, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner and also in view of the view of the endorsement made, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
