No.526 Home (Courts VI-A) Department dated 20.04.2022 and quash the same and direct the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the recommendations of the Director of Prosecution in Rc.No.7117/A3/DOP/2019 dated 21.09.2021.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the orders passed by first respondent in G.O.(D).No.526 Home (Courts VI-A) Department dated 20.04.2022, quash the same and direct the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the recommendations of the Director of Prosecution in Rc.No.7117/A3/DOP/2019 dated 21.09.2021.

2. It is now submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that a Public Prosecutor has been appointed by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Government of Tamil Nadu as sought for by the petitioner. He also produced a Government Order in G.O.(D).No.845 dated 20.06.2022 issued by Home (Courts.VIA) Department to that effect.

3. Such view of the matter, no further orders are required to be passed. The said Government Order dated 20.06.2022 shall form part and parcel of this Order. It is also made clear that the petitioner shall not make any such request. From his conduct, it appears that he already had sought such prayer to change the Public Prosecutor four times. Such attitude and conduct cannot be entertained hereafter.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
