By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

The petitioner claims to be the absolute owner of the property in T.S.No.50, R.S.No.239 Part, Ward-D, Block No.30 at Romain Rolland Street, Puducherry-605 001, admeasuring to an extent of 7427 Sq.ft by virtue of two registered sale deeds dated 11.12.2008 and 12.12.2008 on the file of the Sub-Registrar Office, Puducherry and when she applied for encumbrance certificate, came to know that an https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

entry is appearing in the document with regard to the judgment of this Court, registered as Doc No.4332 of 2012. The petitioner, in this regard, has submitted a representation dated 15.06.2015 praying for removal of the entry and since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Sreedhar, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 15.06.2015, after putting on notice the persons concerned and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the persons concerned.
