Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to implement the order passed by the 1st respondent in G.O (D) No.239 Commercial Taxes and Registration Department dated 5.9.2011 in true spirit by fixing the Scale of Pay of the petitioner in the cadre of Deputy Inspector General of Registration and disburse the arrears and other benefits including revision of Pay Commission and pension from the date on which the petitioner's junior was given and confer all the consequential benefits including interest.
