Respondents 1 and 2 are directed to pass orders on the proposal sent by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.1360/A1/2013 dated 10.5.2013 relating to to regularization of service of the petitioner as Junior Assistant within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
