This Criminal original petition has been filed by the petitioner to grant leave to file the above criminal appeal against the acquittal of judgment dated 10.01.2024 made in Special S.C.No.14 of 2023 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for trial of cases under SC/ST (PoA) Act, Coimbatore.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. An endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the petition today.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy either u/s.125 Cr.P.C or under domestic violence case as against the accused persons. 25.04.2024 Index : Yes/No Speaking order : Yes/No NCC : Yes/No RAP/klt 2/4
