2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the third respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner's mother dated 10.12.2020, within a time stipulated by this Court.

3. Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer that is now sought by the petitioner's counsel, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation of the petitioner's mother or the case pleaded before this Court, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner's mother dated 10.12.2020, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
