ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to file a final report in Crime No.454 of 2021 pending investigation on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that though the FIR was registered on 07.04.2021 in Cr.No.454 of 2021, so far the respondent police has not filed final report.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the first respondent states that since there was alternation of charges to Section 306 IPC, there was some delay in filing the final report. He further submitted that now investigation has reached the final stage and final report will be filed within a period of two months.

4. Recording the above submission of the learned Government
