O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 08.04.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that, petition enquiry was conducted and closed on 01.06.2016 on the statement given by the petitioner's father himself, who stated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that his son is not of sound mental health, on account of which, he picked up a quarrel and assaulted the bus conductor, due to which, the petitioner was pushed out from the bus. Thereafter, the petitioner got admitted in the hospital and stated that some unknown persons have assaulted him. A copy of the Closure Report is served to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar.

4. In view of the above, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent Police to register an FIR and this petition is closed.
